TEGUCIGALPA.- La periodista Istmania Pineda Platero denunció ante organismos de derechos humanos estar siendo víctima de una campaña sucia en su contra por personas que la pretenden afectar relacionándola a actividades de pornografía infantil.
Pineda Platero, quien es presidenta de la organización XIBALBA, dijo que estas personas han cometido delitos contra el honor, difamación, violación, revelación de secretos, violación de derechos de autor y delitos conexos.
Indicó que por el trabajo de prevención que realiza a favor de la niñez ha tenido que debatir temas como la trata de personas, así como la violación y explotación infantil.
Manifestó que sus denuncias han terminado con la recuperación de menores que han sido remitidos al Instituto Hondureño de la Niñez y la Familia (IHNFA).
“Por razones de este trabajo he sido víctima de una campaña sistemática de persecución, amenazas, intimidación, no solo contra mi persona sino también contra la fundadora de XIBALBA, la señora María Isabel Barahona Morales”, expresó.
“Me sorprendí cuando en el Internet mis artículos circulaban tal y como yo los he publicado, pero anexándole fotografías y videos de pornografía infantil, además de existir una página web con mi nombre tal y cual lo es, pero su contenido es adverso a las publicaciones que yo escribo y que van en contra de mis principios espirituales, morales y de los fundamentos de las organizaciones a las cuáles represento”, agregó.
Indicó que es evidente que la mejor arma del crimen organizado es el internet, pues cada día deshumaniza a las mujeres y hombres y contribuye a la desintegración familiar.
“Solicito al ministro Oscar Álvarez que haga lo que corresponda por esclarecer esta acción que por estar en el internet es un delito de carácter transnacional”, expresó Pineda.

Platero Pineda, who is president of the organization XIBALBA, said that these people have committed crimes against the honor, defamation, violation, disclosure of secrets, violation of copyright and related offenses.
He said the prevention work carried out on behalf of children has had to discuss issues such as human trafficking and rape and child exploitation.
He said that their complaints have ended with the recovery of children who have been referred to the Honduran Institute for Children and Families (IHNFA).
"For reasons of this work have been the victim of a systematic campaign of persecution, threats, intimidation, not only against me but against the founder of XIBALBA, María Isabel Barahona Morales" he said.
"I was surprised when my articles circulating the Internet as I have published, but attached photographs and videos of child pornography, in addition to be a web page with my name exactly where it is, but its content is adverse to publications I write and go against my principles spiritual, moral and grounds of the organizations we represent, "he added.
He said it is evident that the best weapon of organized crime is the internet, because every day dehumanizes women and men contributes to family disintegration.
"I ask the Minister Oscar Alvarez to take suitable action to clarify this for being on the Internet is a transnational crime," said Pineda.
